These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LearnX student platform (the “Platform”) operated by the Institute (“we”, “us”). By signing in or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

The Platform is intended for students enrolled with the Institute. If you are under 18, you may use it only with the consent and supervision of a parent or lawful guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

Classes are delivered through third-party services such as Zoom or Google Meet. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services.

5. Attendance

When you join a class through the Platform, your attendance is recorded. You are responsible for joining through the Platform if you wish your attendance to be counted.

6. Intellectual property

All course materials, content, and the Platform itself are the property of the Institute or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce them without permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Institute and its service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or where required by law. You may stop using the Platform at any time.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, India.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
