Questions
Do I need to change my Razorpay Payment Page?
Only one setting: under “Action after successful payment”, choose “Redirect to your website” and paste the link PayX gives you for that page.
Where is my data stored?
In a Google Sheet in your own Google account. Files stay in your Google Drive. PayX keeps no separate database.
What if the buyer's payment fails?
They see the reason Razorpay gave and a button to try the payment again. If their bank is still confirming, PayX tells them not to pay twice and keeps checking.
Can one setup serve several Payment Pages?
Yes. Each Payment Page is one row in the Sheet, with its own content, branding and theme.
What does it cost?
Razorpay's usual fees apply to payments. PayX runs on Google's and Firebase's services; contact us for setup and support plans.
