Attend Now is MVR IT Services' attendance system for events, classes, community groups and workplaces. Staff check people in on a phone, by scanning a QR code or searching a name, and every check-in goes into a Google Sheet you control.
What it does
The parts below are what Attend Now does today. Anything still being built is marked as such.
QR code check-in
Each guest has a QR code. Staff scan it with a phone camera and the guest is marked present.
Name search check-in
No code to hand? Type part of a name, pick the person from the suggestions and check them in.
Bulk QR codes
Paste a list of names to make a QR code for each one, with your logo and event label, and download them all as a ZIP.
Records in your Google Sheet
Check-ins are written to a Google Sheet, which can sit in your own Google Drive. You decide who else can see it.
Staff sign in with Google
Staff sign in with their Google account before they can look up names and check people in.
Latest check-ins on screen
The most recent check-ins stay listed at the desk, so staff can see at a glance who has just arrived.
