Privacy and cookies
For the attend-now.com pages: home, about, contact, privacy and terms. Last updated 5 October 2026.
These pages are run by MVR IT Services LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 10251131, registered office 465 Wokingham Road, Earley, Reading, England, RG6 7EL). You can reach us at sales@mvritservices.com. LearnX has its own privacy policy, which covers the LearnX classroom.
If you send us a message
The contact form sends your name, email address, phone number (if you give one) and message to FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a form-delivery service that emails them to MVR IT Services' inbox, sales@mvritservices.com. Nothing you type is stored on attend-now.com. FormSubmit receives what you type only when you press Send, and it may show you its own anti-spam check before passing your message on. Its privacy policy says it uses form contents only to deliver them and does not pass them to anyone else unless the law requires it.
We use your message only to reply to you. If you email, phone or WhatsApp us instead, we see what you send us in the usual way.
Analytics and advertising, only if you accept
The first time you visit, a banner asks whether you accept cookies. Until you choose, and for as long as you choose Reject, none of the tools below are loaded and nothing is sent to them. If you choose Accept, the pages load:
| Tool | Run by | What it is for |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 | Counting visits and seeing which pages are used. IP anonymisation is switched on. | |
| Google Ads tag | Measuring whether our ads lead to enquiries, and showing our ads again to people who visited. | |
| Microsoft Clarity | Microsoft | Seeing how pages are used, such as clicks and scrolling, including recordings of visits, so we can fix confusing pages. |
These tools set their own cookies once loaded. You can change your choice at any time with , which is also at the foot of every page.
What is stored on your device
- Your cookie choice, saved in your browser's local storage as
an_consent_v1. - If you close the 1234Tools suggestion on the home page, the time you closed it, saved as
mvr_promo_1234tools_dismissed, so it stays hidden for 45 days.
Both stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
Other services the pages rely on
- The site is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, which receives your IP address and browser details when it delivers a page.
- The WhatsApp link opens wa.me, run by WhatsApp (Meta), only if you click it.
- Links from these pages to our other websites add tags to the address (such as
utm_source=attend-now.com) so those sites can tell the visit came from here.
Apart from these, the pages load no fonts, scripts or images from other companies.
